Duties/Responsibilities: Lead and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for sales roles across multiple regions. Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine job descriptions, create effective interview processes, and provide market insights and recommendations. Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards, to identify and attract top sales talent. Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for current and future sales positions. Implement and refine passive recruiting strategies to engage top talent. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process. Mentor and train junior recruiters and recruitment team members, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth. Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop and implement new recruitment processes and tools. Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Lead projects to update recruitment documentation and processes, contributing to overall process improvements. Required Skills/Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from all levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel 2-3 days, twice a month. Education and Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting. Strong understanding of employment law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proven success in recruiting sales professionals at various levels, including management and executive roles. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Physical Requirements: Ability to routinely lift and/or move 10 lbs. unassisted. Ability to read and analyze resumes, job descriptions, and various documents. Proficient verbal and written communication skills for interviews and interactions with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to occasionally attend job fairs or company events, which may involve standing or walking.
