Job Summary:

Primary Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our national sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet sales targets

Lead, manage, and motivate the national sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners

Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and product launches

Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or related

Minimum 5-7 years of outside, B2B technical sales experience

Experience with industrial products & ability to convey complex engineered product concepts

Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and vendors
