Customer Service Representative

Majestic, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our facility in Everett. The Customer Service Rep will answer inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. This position often serves as a liaison between the Sales staff and the customer.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare samples, price quotations, and customer correspondence
- Process orders, revisions, and confirmations of sales/back orders
- Collaborate with Sales staff and Supervisors to assist with any necessary Sales related projects and reports
- Assist with incoming calls and inquiries
- Answer inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer's reps
- Investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service
- Function as a liaison between Customer Service and other departments in the company to address customer needs
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives
- High school graduate
- Familiar with ERP systems
- Computer literate, self-motivated and works well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented
- Superior organizational skills
- Professional people skills and extraordinary customer service skills
- Prior experience in a customer service support role in a professional business environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills
