Position Summary: In this position of Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative, creative, and personal support to the branch manager as well other leadership staff. This individual will ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Manage executive schedules and calendars
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients directing them to relevant staff
  • Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for corporate team, as needed
  • Point person for special order items and office supplies
  • Responsible for preparation of event presentations and materials needed
  • Managing and updating of CLM's social media accounts, website, and blog
  • Creating and preparation of any marketing materials needed
Qualifications

Experience:
  • Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
  • Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work
  • Must have a vails driver's license and successfully pass a background check
