Harris-Jones Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Part-Time Commission Only Business Development Intern.
The successful candidate will develop sales strategies and attract new clients, will source and research new sales opportunities and close sales.
Looking for:
•Flexible schedule
•Self-motivating, self-starter
•A seasoned commission-only sales professional who recognizes a great opportunity and is confident in their ability to develop new business
•Learn our products, services and how they help your prospects
•Find prospective customers by assessing current lighting needs through a consultative approach that builds and maintains relationships
•Be responsive to clients’ needs and work to foster the growth of your business
Qualifications:
•Must be hard-working, self-motivating and have strong time management skills
•1 year or more experience in business development, sales
•Professional and customer service attitude conducting business over the phone, Internet or in person
•Successful building long-term relationships and structuring deals
•Excellent communication skills
•Strong computer skills
•Must have a valid driver’s license and clear a 7-year background check
This is 100% commission only PART TIME.
