Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst who will not only lead our Data Governance and Data Management initiatives but also serve as a key client partner. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data governance and data management frameworks and hands-on experience in implementing these programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of data governance strategies to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and security across client organizations. Act as a bridge between business and IT to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that data governance and data management initiatives align with client business goals. Conduct thorough needs analysis, data quality audits, and impact assessments to identify critical governance needs. Develop comprehensive data management standards, policies, and procedures. Train and mentor client teams on data governance practices, fostering a data-driven culture. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the status, progress, and outcomes of data governance initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in a business analyst role with a focus on data governance and data management concepts such as MDM, lakehouses etc. Proven track record of successful implementation of data governance programs and frameworks. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets to assess and formulate strategic directives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between clients and technical teams. Experience with data management tools and technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
