Our Business Development Directors are at the forefront of TLC's expansion, targeting mid to high-level executives. Your primary focus will be on securing fixed-term tactical campaigns (typically 1-3 months) with blue-chip brands in FMCG, fashion, electronics, automotive, leisure, retail, and occasionally financial services, telecoms, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to hit sales targets and grow new business
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Represent TLC at introductory meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' business challenges and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to create winning proposals
- Confidently present TLC solutions, emphasizing our unique selling points
- Nurture client relationships throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and report sales forecasts
- Ensure target profit levels and payment arrangements are met
- Proven track record of sales growth in a B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of business and marketing principles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic, proactive, and creative mindset
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency in LinkedIn networking, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience in Loyalty, Rewards, SaaS, or Media sales is a plus
