Job Description Overview:Be at the forefront driving the evolution, digitalization and transformation of retail and workspace landscape with us. The Digital Platforms team manages key platform programs, mainly: CapitaStar, CapitaStar for Business, CapitaVoucher, CapitaCard and The team focuses on driving business sustainability through profitability and value whilst injecting innovation & creation of seamless customers’ experiences for CapitaLand’s commercial, retail businesses, shopping malls, merchant and partner networks.This is a great opportunity for a high caliber Business Development professional experienced in propagating interesting solutions and products to retailers and enterprises; this individual will assist in solutions consulting & business advisory with a large untapped market to go after. This role will report to the Team Lead of Business Development.ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling solutioning products to partners and retailersPipeline development through a combination of cold-calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligenceSeek out and develop long-term relationships with potential, new and existing strategic partners and retailersStructure and negotiate commercial deals that contribute to positive and sustainable business outcomes for Digital PlatformsDrive key business development initiatives from creation of new revenue streams to implementation of new solutionsManage multiple project timelines to implement campaigns for partners and retailersWork cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including product, tech, analytics, legal, marketing, operations and finance to launch partner and retailer campaignsProvide end-to-end partner and retailer support by being the main point of contact and proactively resolving any business or technical issuesTrack, analyse and communicate key quantitative trends related to the businessInitiate reviews with partners and retailers, and strategise on how to further optimize results and outcomesRequirements:Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related fieldAt least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, selling Merchant Solutions or Media Advertising SolutionsPossess strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and communication (written and verbal) skillsDemonstrated ability to build strong business relationships and think creatively about partnership opportunitiesTarget-driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver targets in a fast-paced environmentPossess strong interpersonal skills, high tenacity, and is comfortable with working in a collaborative and dynamic environmentProven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detailPassionate about technology trends, retail solutions and experiencesBenefitsFlexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and familyTraining and development opportunitiesSubsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences-Strong advocate of staff volunteerismWellness programmes
