We are looking for a motivated Collections Specialist to join our team in Erlanger, KY (hybrid office/remote). The candidate must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to timely and effectively communicate with their colleagues and customers. They will be responsible for communicating directly with our customers to collect and resolve outstanding balances. This role requires high level customer service skills, attention to detail, patience, and diligence. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in either a Collections or Customer Service role (that required outbound and/or inbound phone and email communication).

Responsibilities and Duties:
Contact clients via both phone and email to collect outstanding receivables balances
Track and monitor assigned accounts to identify past due invoices
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Locate and update telephone numbers and email address if not readily available
Update status of accounts in fulfillment system/database daily
Review and recommend accounts for bad debt write offs, 3rdparty outsourcing and resolution

Minimum Requirements:
Two years Collection and AR experience or Customer Service experience

Critical skills:
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
Working knowledge of Credit/Collection policies and practices
