Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Specialist to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding receivables balances, tracking and monitoring assigned accounts, and investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities
  • Contact clients via phone and email to collect outstanding receivables balances
  • Track and monitor assigned accounts to identify past due invoices
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Update status of accounts in fulfillment system/database daily
  • Review and recommend accounts for bad debt write offs, 3rd party outsourcing and resolution
Requirements
  • Two years Collection and AR experience or Customer Service experience
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
  • Working knowledge of Credit/Collection policies and practices
