As a

Business Development Representative , you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and setting appointments for new sales opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of sales experience who thrive on taking initiative and building relationships with potential customers.

This is a full-time onsite position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Proactively prospect and identify potential customers using a variety of outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess their suitability for our products/services. Engage with prospects to understand their unique needs, challenges, and objectives, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their requirements. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring seamless information transfer and follow-up. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize conversion rates. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of prospect interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Stay abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills to address business challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to driving results and achieving goals. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools. Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
