The Role

As a member of our sales team, you will increase the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our direct sales team. The BDR is a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development experience at multiple executive levels within a medium to large size organization.

This high-profile responsibility will help achieve our strategic vision, drive our growth and strengthen the brand.

Responsibilities include
  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email, chat (among other methods) to follow-up, nurture, and qualify targets/leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Keep abreast of industry & key technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects/customers
  • Follow established Cimplx pre-sales process and consistently use Salesforce.com to document prospect interaction ensuring efficient lead-management
  • Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred - but will consider relevant experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a sales/customer-service position
  • A fearless, optimistic, and high-energy attitude
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to set and manage priorities with diligent time management
  • A compelling desire to compete and win
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Problem solving skills Demonstrated judgment and decision-making capability
  • Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information
  • Sincere willingness to be coached - yet self-motivated to grow beyond constant guidance and oversight
