We are seeking an experienced and driven Security Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge security solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will be the face of our company, building relationships with potential clients and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations at prospective clients' homes and business premises.
  • Perform cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and networking activities to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our security products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Accurately forecast sales and prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the security or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Comfortable with conducting door-to-door sales activities and networking events.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within assigned territories.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset.
