Heritage Construction is a successful and established roofing company based in Austin. We are hiring Outside Sales Representatives; we provide a comprehensive training program and a chance to grow your sales career.
This involves researching neighborhoods, using demographic data, and creating a list of properties that may need roofing services.
* *Door-to-Door Sales:* Approach homeowners and businesses in your designated area to introduce your company's roofing services. Estimations and Proposals:* Provide on-the-spot estimates and proposals for potential clients, including outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, and pricing. Carry relevant marketing materials and documents.
* *Building Relationships:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the people you meet. Building trust and rapport is crucial for success in door-to-door sales.
* *Customer Service:* Provide excellent customer service to clients, even after the sale has been made. Address any issues or concerns they may have throughout the roofing project.
* *Meeting Sales Targets:* You may be expected to meet specific sales targets or quotas set by your company. Regular reporting on your sales activities and progress is usually required.
Working as a door-to-door outside sales representative for a roofing company requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your role will often involve working outdoors and may require a fair amount of walking or driving within your assigned territory. Building and maintaining a positive reputation for your company within the community is crucial for your success in this role.
