What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, digital asset management, and website oversight.

To Be Successful: You will need to be a dynamic and strategic thinker who excels at creating and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and drive measurable results.

The Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting, executing, and refining digital marketing strategies to support our corporate image, field operations, and event marketing initiatives.

Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence across various online platforms
  • Manage and support corporate social media channels, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging while also providing our pharmacies with high-quality social media content and support
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of various e-blasts, including advertising campaigns and e-newsletters, along with internal marketing communications
  • Lead the digital marketing initiatives for events, including creating e-blasts and managing other digital media assets for tradeshows
  • Conduct regular updates and maintenance of our websites and landing pages, while optimizing for SEO and leveraging GA4 for analytics and performance insights
  • Manage hiring platforms by regularly updating our company's presence on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed
  • Maintain a well-organized digital asset/content management system, ensuring all digital assets are up to date and effectively organized
  • Manage the marketing department's intranet page, supporting sales teams with up-to-date tools, resources, and communications
  • Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of successful digital strategy implementation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with teams and manage external vendor relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrable experience with social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, website management, SEO, and web analytics tools
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including digital asset and content management systems, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing workflow systems (e.g., Monday, Asana, Workfront) email marketing software (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact), and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
