Medical Surgical, reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition Delivery and is responsible for managing, engaging, coaching and developing a team of Talent Advisors. Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with business leaders and HRBPs to fully understand the business strategy and hiring needs for the assigned businesses/function.

They will also assist in the management of our RPO partners and their delivery. **Key Functions** * Creating the hiring strategy, assigning the resources and managing to completion. * Manage, engage and develop a team of talent advisors * Assist in overall RPO delivery for the Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services business through strong partnership with the vendor and internal stakeholders * Lead, inspire and coach a smart, ambitious recruiting team across multiple locations while driving a high level of performance against our aggressive hiring needs * Leverage recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights, drive decision making and measure team productivity (i.e., SLAs, and customer satisfaction). * Create an engaging environment for the team * Develop team members in areas of opportunity and areas of desired growth * Provide oversight and ownership for the identified businesses/functions
