Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement forward-thinking talent acquisition and recruiting programs/initiatives for SPH employees in alignment with the SPH vision, strategies and People First initiative. Assists with oversight of the talent acquisition/recruiting program and work with executive leaders to implement plan designs that support SPH strategies, align with best practice industry trends and help manage workforce expenses Manage project implementations and timelines related to advancing talent acquisition initiatives. Plan and conduct informational forums and facilitate internal communications in partnership with People Communications and Engagement. Assists with oversight, development, and enforcing policies and procedures related to talent acquisition. Meet with, collaborate with and inform the the VP of People Services Assists with facilitation of the relationship with SPH’s recruitment partner. Assists with oversight of vendor selection/relationships for talent acquisition platforms. Build client relationships and oversee client relations and development for SPH talent acquisition Oversee screening event coordination in conjunction with the key stakeholders across SPH Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert (SME) on Talent Acquisition and Recruiting initiatives. Supports recruiter roles, functions, training or mentoring for new and existing recruiting team members. Lead employment branding initiatives. Perform sourcing to fill open positions. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience. Assist in employee retention and development initiatives. Supervise recruiting personnel and assist with team member evaluations. Ensure regulatory compliance with SPH, local, state and federal regulations around hiring of employees Coordinate with WAT on the approval and posting of new positions Coordinate with the Compensation Committee on the starting wage calculation for new hires Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications for Internal Candidates KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE : The ideal candidate will offer a minimum of 3 years related talent acquisition experience with management or consulting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in talent acquisition and onboarding. EDUCATION : High School Diploma, HiSET or GED equivalent required. Healthcare experience required. Associates or higher in HR Management, or equivalent experience in healthcare related recruiting, required. Experience coordinating teams preferred. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: SHRM-CP, PHR or SHRM-SCP preferred. Current Montana State driver’s license and excellent driving record is required. PandoLogic.
