The role reports into the Regional Marketing Leader for North America and works alongside the Product and Field Marketing Managers in the region. This is a key leadership role within the North American team as it is part of a new content development function being built from the ground up, so there is a significant opportunity to put your stamp on the processes, ways of working and culture of the team. Key Responsibilities Define and own the content offer conversion strategy for our Coach and Ignite brands globally Partner with the Product, Sales, and wider Marketing team to develop a quarterly content calendar aimed at converting web visitors into leads. Maintaining a high-quality content database by regularly auditing the performance of our content and historically optimizing content to ensure content is highly valuable, accurate, and brand compliant. Reporting on the performance of net new content and content optimizations to inform future content development and help the team decide which high-impact opportunities to prioritise. Standardise content performance reporting to inform leadership on the evolution of the conversion strategy across all channels Partnering with our web strategy team, when needed, to inform tests across content offer landing pages and calls-to-action to increase conversion rate. Create, update, and manage content resources for brands in a visible and usable way for use by product, sales and other marketing teams.
