Position Description
Overview
The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analystreports to the Total Rewards Manager with the responsibility for ensuring data integrity and supporting payroll administration while also directly meeting CINQCARE's requirements. The HCM Analyst should embody CINQCARE's core values, including Trusted, Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative, and Community-Minded. Primary Responsibilities
The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analystwill have the following responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the HCM system to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data.
  • Troubleshoot HCM issues and provide user support to the HR department, management, and team members.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and compensation.
  • Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR staff and team members on the HCM system functionalities and payroll processes.
  • Examine data sets to find trends and develop visualizations/reports.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other business stakeholders on the development of system requirements.
  • Act as backup for payroll processing on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
General Duties
The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analystwill have the following duties:
  • Leadership: The HRIS Analyst will support the development and implementation of strategies that drive employee engagement, performance, and development.
  • Strategy: The HRIS Analyst will track and report key HR metrics such as headcount, diversity, turnover, and employee satisfaction. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Collaboration: The HRIS Analyst will participate in the development of people objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
  • Knowledge: The HRIS Analyst will ensure HR data compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. Identify and mitigate risks related to human capital.
  • Culture: The HRIS Analyst is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe, and inclusive work environment for the HR team and as part of the larger Company.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in HCM and payroll administration. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Experience with Dayforce(Ceridian) perferred. Critical thinking and analytical thinking.
  • Entrepreneurial: CINQCARE seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQCARE is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE's team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of the HCM systems, comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
  • Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents.
  • Culture: Good judgment, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; the desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding, and entrepreneurial company. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Compensation: $75-90k
