Job Description:

We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialists to join our client's team. The position is targeted to start on asap, subject to final details. The roles will involve providing administrative support, managing data, and performing customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage data efficiently within company systems to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Care Coordination Manager, including handling scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage various administrative tasks.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external agencies to facilitate smooth operations and ensure compliance with required processes.
  • Assist with the audit process by collecting, organizing, and processing necessary documentation.
  • Perform a variety of customer service duties, addressing inquiries and providing support to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Execute scanning and data entry tasks with precision to maintain organized and accessible records.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles
