Infinium Spirits seeks a passionate, motivated, and dynamic Brand Advocacy Supervisor to join our Commercial team. This role involves assisting in developing, leading, and managing the training and development program for the Brand Advocacy team, including a comprehensive onboarding program. The Brand Advocacy Supervisor will ensure that high standards, objectives, and KPIs are met.
This position will focus on building brands, maximizing distribution, and acting as the primary contact for both off-premise and on-premise accounts in San Diego, CA. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Commercial, this role is based out of our Downtown San Diego, CA office.
The Day-to-Day
Sales and Brand Advocacy:
Frontline Selling: Actively sell Infinium Spirits' brands to on-premise and off-premise accounts, exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Brand Promotion: Promote brands through tastings, events, and other promotional activities.
Program Implementation: Lead planning and implementation programs to achieve distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotional objectives.
Brand Representation: Be the face of Infinium Spirits at industry events and trade shows.
Education and Training:
Team Development: Support in creating development plans for the brand advocacy team.
Onboarding: Assist in creating an onboarding program for new team members.
Training: Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Consumer Education: Conduct tastings and educational sessions to increase brand awareness.
Brand Building: Utilize consumer and category trends to educate customers and maximize sales.
Resource Development: Create and distribute educational materials such as brand books and sales guides.
Relationship Management:
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to increase brand market share.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
Communication: Serve as the main contact between customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Networking: Develop industry relationships to enhance brand visibility and sales opportunities.
KPI and Target Achievement:
Performance Metrics: Achieve sales and performance targets set by the company.
Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
KPI: Set KPIs and measurement standards.
Leadership:
Provide coaching and support to sales representatives to improve performance.
Training and Development: Provide leadership to direct reports against goals and execution plans.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
A valid driver’s license
Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor’s permit in any state
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the alcohol beverage industry
Minimum 3 years of management experience
Skills/Traits:
Excellent communicator with strong integrity and reliability
Experience in market development and sales analysis
