Assists in the review and analysis of system issues and resolves issues with various vendors or IS to improve effectiveness. This position works to appropriately integrate operations, facilitate best practices, achieve efficiencies, and align with Great River Health, State and Federal laws and regulations. Individual must have the ability to evaluate operational issues for business implications. Position interacts with various levels of management and staff, therefore, must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and organizing data into meaningful reports for management decision making. Qualifications: REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a health related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a health care field required. PREFERRED: Clinical background preferred. Proficiency in computer data and analysis. Experience using Microsoft Office products preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred.
