Job Overview:
In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating data in collaboration with the revenue cycle, compliance, clinical teams, finance, and other relevant stakeholders.


Your responsibilities will include assisting in the examination and assessment of system-related challenges and working with various vendors or Information Systems to enhance operational efficiency.


This position aims to effectively integrate operations, promote best practices, drive efficiencies, and ensure alignment with Great River Health, as well as adhere to State and Federal laws and regulations.

It is essential for the individual to assess operational challenges for their business implications.

This role involves interaction with multiple levels of management and staff, thus requiring strong verbal and written communication abilities.

You will be responsible for gathering, validating, analyzing, and structuring data into insightful reports to support management decision-making.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED:


A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a health-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the healthcare sector is required.


PREFERRED:
A clinical background is preferred.

Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Strong analytical, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal skills with robust written and oral communication and presentation abilities. Capability to thrive in a high-performance environment where client expectations are consistently met or surpassed.
