Guest Services Associate

Often serving as the first point of contact, the Guest Services Associate is responsible for welcoming our guests to our mind-bending art experience and providing engaged interactions throughout their visit. They actively encourage all guests to immerse themselves in Meow Wolf's explorable interactive storylines, while fulfilling other key operational duties and tasks to ensure each guest receives a beyond-exceptional experience while visiting our exhibitions. Guest Services Associate Job Description

Retail Associate

The Retail Sales Associate's primary goal is to assist visitors and customers of Meow Wolf's gift shop and provide an excellent level of customer service. Meow Wolf's Retail Sales Associate also helps keep the gift shop clean, restocks items, and organizes storage areas, as well as assisting the gift shop team with special tasks that include data entry, compiling gift shop items for giveaways, and conducting inventory counts. The Retail Sales Associate will also need to maintain an in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of items being sold in the gift shop.

Food & Beverage Team Member

The Food & Beverage Team Member champions weirdness, radical inclusion, and the power of creativity to change the world. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this position creates an otherworldly guest experience for all guests who visit. This position will operate in multiple capacities, including food running, bussing of tables, and processing of dishes. Food & Beverage Team Members will have expansive knowledge of our products, prepare and serve menu offerings. They also elevate the narrative within our story world by executing job duties with a performative and creative flair

As an ambassador of the Meow Wolf multiverse, Bartenders champion weirdness, radical inclusion, and the power of creativity to change the world. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Bartender promotes a continuation of the Meow Wolf experience that transports guests through a rotating menu of experiential drinks. These Bartenders prepare a variety of beverages, interact with guests, and assess guest needs and preferences to make menu recommendations. We encourage Bartenders to elevate the narrative within our story world by executing their job duties with a performative and creative flair.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Cook promotes a continuation of the Meow Wolf experience that transports guests through our menu of experiential culinary offerings. Our cooks prepare a variety of menu items, interact with Food & Beverage Team Members, and assess guest needs and preferences to make menu recommendations.
