As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming and registering guests, ensuring a pleasant stay, and managing the check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Establish accurate accounts for each guest upon arrival.
  • Manage room assignments and fulfill specific requests.
  • Prepare key packets for pre-registered guests.
  • Communicate essential guest information to relevant departments.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
  • Exhibit attention to detail to ensure secure access to guest rooms.
  • Keep comprehensive guest history files.
  • Facilitate room changes as needed.
  • Document guest requests and issues promptly, ensuring resolution and follow-up for satisfaction.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for various shifts.
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests with a warm demeanor.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Manage phone calls and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain precise records of cash transactions and guest registrations.
  • Provide information regarding hotel services and local travel directions.
  • Log pertinent guest information in the pass-on log.
  • Ensure cleanliness in common areas and the lobby.
  • Gather and share information about local events and amenities with guests.
  • Process all guest communications and requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
  • Review daily logs and document important information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hotel staff.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
