As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming and registering guests, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout their stay, and efficiently managing their accounts upon departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with precision.
  • Create and maintain accurate guest accounts during their stay.
  • Allocate rooms in the system and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Pre-register guests and prepare their key packets in advance.
  • Share important guest information with relevant departments.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure secure access to guest rooms.
  • Maintain comprehensive guest history files.
  • Facilitate room changes as necessary.
  • Document all guest requests and issues promptly, coordinating with the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of hotel features, services, operational hours, room types, rates, and promotions.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive information, including guest records, with utmost integrity.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Manage phone calls appropriately, taking accurate messages for guests.
  • Keep accurate records of cash flows, registration, and reservation cards.
  • Provide information regarding hotel services and local travel directions.
  • Document important guest information in the log.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of common areas and the lobby.
  • Gather and relay information about the property and local amenities to guests.
  • Process all guest communications, requests, and concerns efficiently.
  • Coordinate with departments like Maintenance and Housekeeping as needed.
  • Review daily logs and document relevant information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient in entering information accurately into computer systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all hotel staff.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
