Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and effective problem-solving ability. Experience working in a large global corporation, ideally in the high-tech industry. Experience within senior-level executives; Leadership role with senior-level executives for human capital advisement. Ownership of human capital plans (strategy, measurement, business results). Ability to thrive in a high-change environment.
