About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Clinical Informaticist to join our team at Oracle Health. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing data models to align with business strategy and implement downstream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design data models to align with business strategy and implement downstream
  • Create and maintain validity of data mappings and ontology groupings across multiple standard terminologies and specialty domains
  • Experience with R, Python, SQL, and working knowledge of cloud platforms (OCI, GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Analyze clinical data for semantic equivalence, patterns, and characteristics
  • Mentor and assist other team members
  • Query databases to investigate and improve clinical data from different repositories
  • Partner with teams around findings with clinical data and clinical workflows
  • Normalize EHR data to standardize code systems
  • Assist with ETL of learning basic programming tools and technologies
