POSITION PURPOSE: The Project Administrator is responsible for assisting the claim/job from receiving the loss to close the close of the loss. They will be responsible for tracking status so that jobs may stay on goal and on budget. They will be expected to create high levels of customer satisfaction and assist in delivering an exceptional customer experience meeting and exceeding expectations. They will be expected to conduct themselves in a business-like manner at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS: Responsibilities Assist in new job lead intake and forward jobs to RM/Lead PD Customer Service, answer phones and respond to all customer requests Assist with customer set up in company ERP platform Assist with Job File production and management Assist with the preparation of customer contracts and scan signed documents to shared drive Assist with maintaining and updating insurance program files as requested Assist with processing billing and credits Order environmental testing and all associated equipment Assist with A/R duties including collections Code A/R checks received Participate in weekly production meetings, update participants, contract and budgets for new jobs into ERP system Coordinate and book travel arrangements for staff QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Qualifications: Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work Computer literate; MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook Knowledge of industry policies and procedures Knowledge of budgeting and cost control Ability to set and monitor goals Ability to maintain controlled authority Behavioral Qualifications: Communicate well, verbal and written Perform in a way that best represents the standards and interests of the company Have high standards of professional conduct with Clients, Subs, and in-house Excellent problem-solving capabilities Experience: Minimum 1 year in Project Coordinating or Claim Handling in the
