Willingness topartner with Senior Manager to execute day-to-day management of CRM channelacross Home Entertainment (HE) categories. Roleand Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day CRM communications calendar andexecution across all Home Entertainment categories. AlignCRM creative with IMC to create fit-for-purpose, consumer-centric copy& content to impact the HE business driving traffic to the .com site, yieldconversions and being mindful of consumer journey phase and intent. Partnerwith corporate marketing team, adhering to governance council processes,ensuring all documentation is complete so Home Entertainment campaigns areprioritized in the waterfall among other categories and receive a fair share ofvoice within the email channel. Manageexecution of CRM campaigns via JIRA tickets with agency partners ensuring clearcommunication and prompt response time to ensure campaigns are sent on time andas intended. Explorenew ideas to find process efficiencies and offer forward-thinking solutions. Setup briefs and manage tickets in JIRA to execute CRMprograms in collaboration with agency partners. Manageweekly inputs to governance council including campaign briefs, creative andpost campaign analysis. QAand provide clear feedback on email proofs across multiple devices. Understandkey product RTBs and nuances between models. Understandaudience segmentation, data science modeling and developing campaign audienceswithin a proprietary tool. Manageagency outputs for CRM creative including ensuring creative aligns to brief,test plan is actionable, test and URL matrix is accurate. Partnerwith Digital team members to understand work streams for the .com site, social and paidmedia to ensure cohesive messaging and best landing experiences for emailcommunications. Collaboratewith IMC and PM teams for creative feedback. Clearlycommunicate stakeholder feedback to agency partners. Sharekey activity updates as contributor of the bi-weekly digital team share-out. Required Experience and Education:

5 years of related experience. Bachelor's Degree Knowledgeof CRM principals and best practices as well as basic understanding of Adobecampaign manager, JIRA/Confluence and other data audience managementsystems. Highproficiency of Microsoft Office is required with an emphasis on quantitativeanalysis (Excel) and the creation of presentations (PowerPoint). Stronganalytical and quantitative skills including the ability to analyze reports,campaign performance and synthesize recommendations. Necessary Skills and Attributes:
