Key Responsibilities:
1.Social Media Content Management:
oCreate, design, and schedule daily/weekly social media content across all social media platforms.
oCollaborate with other departments to develop content strategies
oCapture photos and videos for content creation.
oPlan and execute social media campaigns
oEdit images and videos to ensure high-quality content.
2.Social Media Advertising:
oDesign graphics for social media ads on Facebook and Instagram
oTrack ad performance, test new strategies, and optimize based on results.
oUpdated community calendars
oDevelop ads for all agency service lines
3.Graphic Design and Print Material Creation:
oCreate and update flyers, postcards, greeting cards, brochures, and promotional materials with graphics
oCreate posters and yard signs for annual events.
oFormat and create evergreen newsletters quarterly and customize newsletters for different locations or departments.
4.Event Assistance:
oAssist in creating and printing promotional materials for events, including
oSupport event setup All hands-on deck.
5.Google Ads and Analytics:
oUnderstanding of Google ad placement and analytics.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
Technical Skills:
oProficiency in all social media platforms and scheduling tools.
oUnderstanding of Google ads and analytics.
oStrong graphic design skills with experience in Canva and design tools
oExperience with social media advertising platforms and analytics.
oFamiliarity with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact) and content management systems.
Soft Skills:
oExcellent communication and collaboration skills.
oAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
oStrong attention to detail and creativity.
oAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
