Business Development & Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer outreach and prospecting.

  • Understand clients needs, challenges, and goals, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential customers and clients.

  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to convert prospects into customers.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and generate reports as needed.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
