Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or client services management, preferably in residential real estate. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium).
