Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:
•The Martech and Operations SME will oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of marketing technology tools, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other related platforms. This person will evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance capabilities and improve efficiencies. Ensuring all marketing tools are properly configured, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives will be a key responsibility.
•The role involves developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing processes and technology usage. The SME will identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations and increase productivity. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and providing actionable insights for optimization are essential tasks.
•Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of marketing data across all systems is critical. The SME will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics. Collaborating with the data analytics team to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making is also required.
•Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and collaboration is a key aspect of the role. The SME will provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of marketing technology tools and best practices. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team, is essential.

Qualifications:
•Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
•They should possess 5+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations, with a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
•Proven experience in managing and optimizing marketing technology stacks is necessary.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights are required.
•Excellent project management and organizational skills are essential.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, are important.
•Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is required.
•Certification in relevant marketing technology tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus.
