Your Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Industrial Project Leader to join our team. As a Project Executive (PX), you will provide strategic leadership to project teams and foster strong client relationships, both new and existing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client success and business development through high-level pursuits and relationship management.
- Lead initiatives for industrial projects, assembling strategic project teams, and collaborating with other market PXs.
- Support the development of proposal content, including project schedules and work plans.
- Identify and position the firm for new opportunities aligned with our strategic marketing and business plan.
- Enhance the firm's visibility as a trusted advisor and seek opportunities for cross-selling services across various markets.

Business Outcomes:
- Provide senior-level planning, programming, and management leadership for client projects.
- Assist in implementing business development activities for the Industrial Market.
- Conduct research and analyze industry trends to support strategic marketing and business planning.

People & Culture:
- Lead by example, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Be a dynamic leader who promotes teamwork across our Industrial Market.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in architecture or engineering is required; current registration is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Industrial business development, client management, and project design is essential.
- Proven experience in managing Mission Critical projects, including data centers and emergency operation centers, is highly valued.
- Strong relationships with contractors and corporate clients are necessary for effective project execution.

Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and business development practices.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in project financial management.
