The Human Resource Specialist plays an essential role in the People Enrichment team, responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting compliance efforts, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. As an HR Specialist, you will collaborate with other HR functions to develop people strategies that align with our business objectives. **Daily job duties:**

+ Administer HR policies and procedures including employee onboarding, offboarding and other HR transactions such as employee data changes, benefits enrollment, leave of absence and other HR policies.

+ Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.

+ Maintain and update human capital management systems, time and attendance tracking and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

+ Identify and recommend process improvements, implement process changes, and seek feedback for HR services delivery.

+ Collaborate with other HR functions such as compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and learning and development on HR initiatives.

+ Participate in HR projects as assigned, gaining exposure to various aspects of HR strategy and implementation.

+ Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

+ Complete routine data audits to ensure data integrity , correct discrepancies and or missing data

+ Participate in various aspects of safety, including participating in safety audits, delivery of training programs, conducting job safety analysis.

+ Assist in organizing HR events, community activities, wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications**

+ **Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.**

+ **Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in HR operations or general HR roles**

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

+ **Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience in administering them.**

+ **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels**

+ **Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis.**

+ **Experience in HRIS, time and attendance tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools**

+ **Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and priorities.**

+ **Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.**

+ **Understanding of labor laws and regulations, and experience in compliance and risk management.**

+ **Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.**

+ **Strong team player with excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.**
