Position Type: Full-Time

**COVID-19 Procedures: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however training/tasking will require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. Essential Functions: Candidate will be responsible for providing analysis, administrative, and program management support to a large IT program. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks. Assists contract program/project managers and interfaces with Government client Gathers pertinent contract data and creates presentations Compiles, sends, and tracks personnel and contract data calls Compiles, prepares, tracks, and submits contract deliverables Compiles and maintains standard operating procedures Tracks and reports contract performance metrics Processes new hires following contract on-boarding procedures including meeting new personnel and assisting with the asset/equipment distribution Maintains SharePoint sites, including permissions, creating sub-sites and document libraries, and applying metadata Tracks equipment/software procurement and distributions Facilitates meetings; compiles and distributes meeting minutes and action items. Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required: This is a highly visible position; candidate must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organization skills. Candidate must have at least 2 years of business-related experience providing high-level administrative support Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required

Desired: Experience reporting directly to senior management desired Experience with SharePoint and MS Visio desired NAVAIR and/or NAWCAD experience preferred

Security Clearance:

Active Secret clearance is preferred. Interim Secret clearance acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
