Description In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer experience. Required is a background of 1-2 years in a customer-facing position, whether through service or sales roles. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities while maintaining composure during stressful situations. Skills Ability to multi-task effectively Proficient in Microsoft applications Excellent written and oral communication skills Responsibilities Support projects related to product allocation management and provide analytical reporting on initiatives for strategic white glove accounts. Enhance visibility for shipment statuses and logistical updates regarding franchise equipment in transit. Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external clients, with a focus on high-vulnerability accounts.
