Coordinates the actions of security Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: 8 years of DoD Security experience. Extensive knowledge of commonly applied security principles, concepts, and methodologies. The knowledge of administrative regulations and sanctions that apply to violations or non-compliance with security regulations. Extensive experience using the Defense Information Security System (DISS) Knowledge of and experience applying Information Security policies and guidelines Knowledge of and experience applying Operations Security (OPSEC) procedures and policies Knowledge of and experience applying Special Access Program procedures and policies Experience analyzing various types of materials, to develop information regarding security vulnerabilities as it would apply to approval or denial of facility or information system access. Experience organizing and managing large amounts of data, files, tasks, schedules, and information. Experience navigating the Pentagon to execute job tasks. Proficient MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook application skills. Oral and written communications skills consistent with the ability to conduct interviews, security briefings, and prepare communications settings forth analyses and recommendations in a concise, logical, and objective manner. Strong organizational management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Highly motivated, professional, and capable of managing demanding workload while prioritizing and managing competing priorities. Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant field or security certifications. M2
