UCTis looking for a talentedSenior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialistto join us This role is based in Austin, Texas at the UCT office at 8500 E Parmer Ln and will be hybrid.

Reporting to the TA Operations Supervisor and dotted lined into the Head of Global TA, the Sr TA Specialistplays an important role in the operations of Talent Acquisition at Ultra Clean Technology. This role will lead a number of initiatives within the TA team such as: defining and documenting global TA processes and systems, providing resources for hiring managers around recruitment processes, and developing and leading global TA projects like referral programs, KPIs and reporting, and UCT branding on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate UCT's end-to-end global recruitment process recommending improvements and changes and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop, document, and implement TA projects and programs as defined.
  • Develop communication and change plans for TA initiatives, tailoring messages to the appropriate stakeholder group.
  • Lead efforts for hiring manager education as it relates to TA processes and systems. This could entail the build-out of the TA SharePoint site and the development of guides and FAQs.
  • Work with senior TA leadership to define KPIs and metrics that measure the success of talent acquisition and lead efforts to track and report on these metrics.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for key stakeholders and senior TA management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies throughout project execution and program development, as applicable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and run multiple projects concurrently, meeting key results and achievements.
  • Organized with a process-mindset and a continuous improvement approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a broad range of audiences.
  • Agile and able to adjust and remain proactive in a consistently changing environment.
  • Experience with documenting complex processes in an easy-to-follow manner.
  • Exposure to developing SharePoint sites with an end-user focus in mind.
  • Exposure to Power Apps and Flows and making updates as needed.
Education, Certifications, and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Project and program management experience.
  • Experience in talent acquisition/recruiting operations strongly preferred.
  • Previous recruiting experience is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage a project and/or program from initial concept through to implementation and delivery; strong attention to detail.
