The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leads strategic recruitment efforts, driving talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top-tier candidates. This role collaborates with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to identify and address staffing needs and requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, industry networks, and professional organizations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruitment staff, providing training and support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on senior-level positions.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including executive and niche positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
