Talent Acquisition Specialist - Agency Recruiter
LOCATION: Remote or Hybrid
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to connect individuals with employment opportunities and facilitate the hiring process for various organizations.

This position encompasses the full recruitment cycle. You will be involved in every stage, from identifying potential candidates to successfully placing them in roles that suit their skills and aspirations.

Your daily activities will include engaging with job seekers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

Building robust relationships with candidates is essential. You will guide them through each phase of their job search journey, offering advice on resume enhancements, interview strategies, and post-interview evaluations.

In addition to candidate engagement, you will collaborate with your team to review open roles, create job postings, and leverage online sourcing tools to identify suitable candidates.

To excel as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should be resourceful, possess a strong sense of initiative, and have an exceptional ability to assess character.

Your judgment will be crucial in determining the best job fit based on candidates' skills and the needs of the businesses you serve.

Beacon Hill will depend on your expertise not only to identify qualified candidates but also to match them with the right companies and work environments. You will need to look beyond resumes and truly understand the individuals you are working with.
This role is centered around relationship-building and sales; your efforts will directly correlate with your success. Each day, you will come prepared to meet your goals and expand your network.


YOUR DAILY TASKS:
1. Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
2. Conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
3. Prepare candidates for interviews with client organizations by reviewing resumes and discussing their needs.
4. Deliver positive news by extending job offers and managing the offer process.
5. Follow up with candidates currently on assignment to ensure their needs are met.

- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, as effective communication will be at the core of your daily responsibilities.
