We have an outstanding career opportunity for a US Customs Brokerage Operations Manager focusing on the day-to-day operational management in our Laredo, TX.Key Responsibilities:In this exciting role you will be the subject matter expert (SME) for Entry Processing operations, ensuring your team successfully complies with DHL's global customer care standardsDrive high performance for your team by ensuring they meet customer service related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while continuously improving our customer's experiencePartner with the local central dispatching team to oversee the day-to-day freight movement and ensure the workflow is adequately managed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and handling any escalated issues from your team.
