Overview:

Commercial Parts Coordinator Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

As a CSC Commercial Parts Coordinator you're primary responsibility for providing parts support by partnering with internal teams to resolve parts needs through
proactive customer interactions.

Position Duties:

  • Provide parts support for Super Laundry customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure parts needs are met and the customer is communicated to
    proactively throughout the process
  • Be involved in problem resolution by effectively communicating with other departments and the customer
  • Ensure all interactions with customers (both internal and external) are professional and courteous
  • Support customer needs in a timely and consistent manner and model exemplary customer service behaviors,
    with the customer as the primary focus
  • Other duties assigned

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening

    of education and experience
  • Associates degree or college degree preferred.

  • Bilingual; ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is highly desirable
