- Oversee the complete parts sales process
- Keep customers informed about the status of their parts
- Engage with colleagues and clients in a professional manner
- Effectively utilize the parts catalog
- Handle incoming inquiries, providing price quotes and relevant information
- Verify body shop estimates to ensure accurate parts ordering
- Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients
- Retrieve and fulfill orders from inventory
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy
- Notify the parts manager of low stock or urgent material needs
- Source out-of-stock parts externally and place emergency orders as necessary
- Ensure accurate invoicing for internal parts requests on service repair orders
- Collect payments from retail customers or secure credit approvals
- Coordinate orders for daily shipping, delivery, or pickup
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales is advantageous
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting various documents
- Capable of performing basic calculations for different tasks
