Sales Support Analyst

What does a successful Sales Support Analyst do at Fiserv?

Fiserv's Community Financial Institution (CFI) division exists to connect world-class payment processing to community and regional banking organizations across the country, and our Sales Support team is pivotal in the onboarding and implementation of new businesses daily.

The Sales Support Analyst role is responsible for assisting with merchant onboarding, ensuring applications are completed correctly and any issues are addressed along the way. This role acts as a knowledge repository for everything our Sales Team may need to close and board a new merchant, including product compatibility details, pricing, merchant setup specifics (MCC-specific details, etc).

What You Will Do

Support the growth of the CFI portfolio through the successful onboarding of new business Promote a positive client experience during boarding process by ensuring applications are correct, and product/pricing matches merchant type Provide support to client-facing teams for sales-related inquiries Educate client-facing associates on relevant industry information and provide training on reporting and tools Other duties as required and directed by management.

What You Will Need To Have

2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, business development, or relationship management; payment processing experience. High School graduate/GED

What Will Be Great To Have

2-year degree Knowledge of payment processing; Fiserv’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.

Department hours are Mon – Fri from 8 AM – 7 PM so you could be required to work a shift until 7 PM

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
