Position Overview:

The Sales Systems Analyst at Motrex LLC is responsible for ensuring the effective integration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) within the Sales and Marketing departments. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Service, to deliver operational support and manage projects. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, prioritizing tasks, and leading initiatives related to marketing strategies, lead generation, sales automation, and the quote-to-order workflow. Additionally, the analyst will provide support for JD Edwards ERP (JDE), EDI systems, and troubleshoot any system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain EDI transaction processes to guarantee data integrity
  • Identify and resolve EDI transaction discrepancies
  • Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements to EDI systems
  • Support all EDI transactions with business partners
  • Assist in the enhancement and improvement of EDI functionalities
  • Work collaboratively with teams to gather and document EDI specifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in JDE Order to Cash processes
  • Manage user access related to Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
  • Generate quarterly reports for internal auditing purposes
  • Design and develop applications within Salesforce
  • Perform administrative tasks within Salesforce
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems is essential.

Experience in software implementation projects is preferred.

Strong skills in time management and problem-solving are necessary.
