Ogle School of Cosmetology is a leading cosmetology school in Texas, dedicated to providing top-notch education and training in the beauty and cosmetology industry. We are seeking a passionate and highly creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering engagement among our target audience. Job Description: As a Creative Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across various social media platforms, developing organic and paid social media campaigns, and fostering partnerships with influencers and affiliates to promote our cosmetology school. Responsibilities Create captivating and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing objectives. Write and publish blog posts related to the cosmetology industry, beauty trends, and educational topics. Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Create briefs that translate social strategy into creative campaigns for use in paid advertising. Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to optimize our presence. Identify, approach, and build relationships with influencers in the beauty and cosmetology niche to promote our school. Collaborate with affiliates to expand our reach and drive enrollment. Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content to identify areas for improvement and growth. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team to track key performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals. Work closely with the design and video production teams to create visually appealing content. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, through previous roles. Measurable track record of successfully developing and executing social media strategies that drive results. Familiarity with social media platforms, including TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content. Portfolio required. Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, including relationship building and campaign management. Knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms.(Spinklr, Sprout Social,Planoly,Brandwatch, etc.) Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure the success of campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Strong organizational and time management skills.
