The role

Hone is looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team. You will be responsible for driving our social media strategy, creating original content, managing organic posts, and engaging with our followers and partner brands as well as building a network of creators to amplify our brand and messaging.

You're deeply immersed in social platforms, where you're adept at spotting a groundswell trend first. You've got the metabolism to craft a decent volume of posts per day, and you relish finding interesting social angles for the brand tied to cultural and current events.

We welcome remote applicants who are willing to attend EST meetings.

Requirements

  • Build, and implement a comprehensive social marketing strategy, including KPIs, budget, and calendar
  • Partner with the creative and content team to build and execute on our social media calendar across all social channels
  • Innovate strategies that support brand initiatives, focusing on brand-building, storytelling, and consumer engagement
  • Evolve the brand presence across social media, focusing on developing and executing a strategy to expand brand awareness across existing and new platforms
  • Build and scale our influencer marketing strategy to get our brand and our content in front of new audiences and drive engagement and brand awareness. Responsibilities will include but not limited to sourcing and negotiating programs with brand partners, sponsorships, etc.
  • Promptly respond to all comments and DMs from social media channels and partner with the customer service team to escalate queries when possible

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience building and executing social marketing strategy to successfully grow brands across social platforms
  • Experience creating campaigns and utilizing multiple social platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers
  • Proven success growing brands across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and other platforms
  • Experience with influencer management platforms and managing 1:1 relationships with micro and macro influencers at scale
  • Passionate about being at the forefront of the latest social and influencer marketing trends, trending accounts, social movements, etc
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Organized multitasker
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
