Position Overview: We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience in social media management. This role is crucial for conducting research, managing social media relations, and overseeing daily account activities. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, manage content, and handle multiple accounts while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across client platforms.
  • Oversee the social media editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.
  • Generate and curate captivating content for various social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, TikTok, and more.
  • Collaborate with social media strategists and design teams to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent content, including graphics and videos.
  • Evaluate social media analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and refine content and campaigns.
  • Monitor campaigns and partnerships regularly.
  • Compile detailed monthly social media updates for each client.
  • Assist with sample and general mailings as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media promptly.
  • Foster community engagement across client social media accounts.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and wrap reports as required.
  • Ensure client contact information is consistently updated.
  • Regularly monitor social media coverage and competitor activities for clients.
  • Organize agendas and schedule calls as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas for all social channels.
  • Experience in social or consumer marketing is advantageous.
  • Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
